All fee agreements are discussed up front at the time of signing. Overtime (premium) rates are billed for hours worked in excess of regular time as determined by employment policy. Holiday (premium) shifts and premium periods (ie, overnight weekend) may be billed at higher than regular rates to reflect candidate compensation expectations for such periods. You will be given a billing rate sheet with all details up front so you can plan your budget and future staffing placements for the year ahead.
